in a short period of time

Hello

We have adequate equipments to send your requested commodities “in a short period of time” OR "in as short a time as possible".

Do you think "the phrases in bold " are acceptable there?

Thank you.

Yes, both could work. They don’t mean quite the same though, so you should only use the 2nd one if you’re ensuring a customer their order will be with them in a very short time and there will be absolutely no delay.
If you intend this sentence to be a selling point for prospective customers, rather than used about a specific order which has been placed, then the 2nd option is not really appropriate, as in that case it doesn’t indicate that it will supply things quickly. It just indicates it will be as quick as they can (which could be as long as a year or two!).
However, the rest of the sentence needs correction. “Equipment” is uncountable so there is no plural, but I don’t think it is the best word choice anyway.
I suggest
