Improving by watching and listen english tv channel, which channel?

Hello at all,

since days I am watching bbc or cnn, but it seems to me its not really easy because their topic which they are speaking about are to hard to understand for me. Therefore I wanna ask here, if somebody knows some interresting tv channel to watch and listen.
for example, an travelling channel would be interresting, and I guess not so hard to understand.

first listen to podcast, then go to watching tv

I recommend you CNN Student News with transcript. I can listen to CNN almost clearly after 3 months practising that way
