You can use the voice recorder by Google to create a waveform of your voice along with a transcript of your recording (speech to text.) Here is the transcript of my recording created by the app:
So you can use the Google Voice recorder to practice your speaking skills and improve your pronunciation. What it does is it records your voice and it creates a transcript. So that is speech to text. It also creates a sound wave, which is very useful because you can analyze your voice.
