The correct answer is If only I’d invested in that company, I’d have become a millionaire by now. It’s a typical conditional III sentence describing a hypothetical event in the past. As for being a millionaire, if you had founded a company like Facebook, Google, Amazon, Uber, Lyft, Airbnb, Spotify, Tesla, etc. you have become a billionaire and could do something about climate change.
