Which sentence is correct?
I prefer that you (be OR are OR will be) the teacher of my son.

Would you please refer me to the related grammar point. I want to know the general rule about these kind of sentences.

You can’t really prefer someone that they ‘be or do something‘. You need to rephrase the sentence like this -

I’d (I would) prefer it if you were my son’s teacher.
Or -
I’d (I would) prefer you to be my son’s teacher.
