I’m assuming you mean “may” in the sense of possiblity, in a scenario like this:

  1. “I don’t have A. I may also not have B.”
  2. “I don’t have A. I may not also have B.”

In this case #1 seems acceptable. #2 doesn’t seem right. You can also say “I also may not have B” or, avoiding the combination of “not” and “also” altogether, “I may not have B either”.
