I haven't seen her for years (already/yet)

  1. I haven’t seen her for years.
  2. I haven’t seen her for years already.
  3. I haven’t seen her for years yet.
    #1 is correct. Are #2 and #3 also acceptable?

#1 is is correct.
You could also say:
I haven’t seen her in years.

#2 could conceivably be used, but it would be rare.
If used, it would probably be said:
I already haven’t seen her in years.

#3 is a very odd construction. I would avoid using that completely.
