This has been written by some Developers some 20 years ago, and since then it has been in use.
In our framework ( some java code) which we are developing now, we used the power of xpath.

Is this sentence correct:
I have fully leveraged the power of Xpath to reduce coding time and to make the framework more stable.

As far as I can see your sentence is grammatically correct and it makes sense. I understand what you want to say so by my definition your sentence is fine.
