Agent: This is the living room.
Woman: So, this is a furnished apartment.
Agent: Yeah. Show you the kitchen, and this is the kitchen, the stove, and the sink, and the fridge.
Woman: Fridge’s too small, isn’t it? Yeah.
Agent: Come down the hall, I’ll show you the bathroom. Here it is, a sink and a tub, and a toilet.
Woman: Aha, that’s small too.
Agent: How’s it?
Woman: Yeah, I guess that’s a good work. Now, what is the rest?
Agent: Now, down the hall is the bedroom.
Woman: Aha. Oh, this is big.
Agent: Yeah, it is nice.
Woman: Yeah.

What does “I guess that’s a good work” mean?
Thank you

I can’t say.
We may need the video on this one.

I don’t really understand it either. If the transcription is correct she might mean good workmanship or quality. Although that doesn’t fit with the rest of the dialog.

Here is my take on the transcription.
A rental agent is showing an apartment to a potential renter.
The line you had a question on is transcribed incorrectly.
Agent: This is the living room.
Woman: So, this is a furnished apartment.
Agent: Yeah. [I’ll] show you the kitchen.
OK, this is the kitchen - the stove, and the sink, and the fridge.
Woman: It’s small, isn’t it?
Agent: Yeah, it’s tight.
Come down the hall, I’ll show you the bathroom.
Here it is, you have a sink and a tub, and a toilet.
Woman: [This is] small too.
Agent: [Cozy]
Woman: Yeah, I guess that’s a good word, “cozy”. Now, where’s the rest?
Agent: Now, down the hall is the bedroom.
Woman: Ah. Oh, this is big.
Agent: Yeah, it is nice.
Woman: Yeah.
