Hi teachers,
I go to the gym and work out/hit chest muscle/muscles on Saturday and back muscle/muscles on Monday. Is it correct?
My daily routine/schedule is: Which word is appropriate “routine” or “schedule”?
Saturday: Chest
Sunday: Back
Monday: Shoulder and son on.
Many thanks in advance.
I go to the gym and do work out exercises that develop my chest muscles on Saturday and back muscles on Monday.
‘Routine’ and ‘schedule’ both fit that context.
Thank you, BN.
Today I’ll work out my chest muscles. Correct?
Beeesneees,
“I go to the gym and do exercises that develop my chest muscles on Saturday and back muscles on Monday.”
Is this sentence OK?
Can I skip ‘work out’?
What is its special meaning here?
Thanks.
Not really. That’s why I changed it.
I go to the gym and do exercises that develop my chest muscles on (a) Saturday and my back muscles on (a) Monday.
work out
- to train the body by physical exercise
I work out regularly to keep fit.
Thank you, BN.
Today I’ll do chest exercises. Is it OK?
