Is this sentence grammatically correct?

If yes,

1- Is “I don’t feel like work today” = “I don’t feel like working today”?

2- Is “work” a noun or a verb in this sentence?

It’s not grammatically correct but that’s how people commonly say it. Very few people are grammatically correct all the time.

I don’t feel like working today.
I don’t want to work today.
