Sometimes in reply to some questions I have seen ‘both possible’ (without ‘are’). Is it contracted form or informal version?

It’s an informal contracted version - a note form rather than a complete sentence.

I’m sorry that you are offended by a very small picture of a child having fun on a hot summer’s day. Antonella has used that image for a very long time and there have been no other objections, even from people who live in countries where there are strict clothing rules.

I asked this type of question because I know that there is a word order in a sentence:S+( ADV. OF FREQUENCY)+P+D.O.+I.O.+ ADV. OF manner +adv. of place + adv. of time.
The picture I posted is that of my precious child.Yes. I am the mother of this little child. For me, this picture, taken 5 years ago, is a sacred one. Seeing his wonderful smile makes me happy, makes me cry with joy because this miracle is MINE and makes me set my priorities in life. For me, my little child is an angel and I really feel offended when ‘someone’ dares to imagine dirty things in his very DIRTY mind. Shame on him!
‘The beauty is in the eye of the beholder’ and if he doesn’t like my post, this shouldn’t be a rule for all the people because ,as he said, this isn’t his house or his room! It denotes only one thing:lack of education.

@Others if you don’t have problem posting such picture in the forum then me too don’t have any problem. When I saw that picture for the first time in the thread without dress I felt bad to see that. I hope this forum is meant for learning English.

What others feel about it? Honestly tell me such picture should be encouraged in the forum?
