Yes I am doctor too and I had colleages in University from Iran, Teheran, long time ago . I graduated in 1990, and then we had others guvermment :).
I would be wanted to have more time to learn , specialy listening and speaking for my job , but , as same as other people , free time is very less.

Near the Caspian sea you know! the part of the paradise in the earth and with the beautiful jungles and beaches. the clouds come down to the green mountains and you can walk on the clouds. there is “Cloud Jungle”.
