"I am appreciated" or "I appreciate"

Please any one explain which is the correct one

“I am very appreciated it”

“I appreciate it”

“I am appreciate it” (is this wrong?)

Thank you!

I could only remember hearing this – “I appreciate” or “I appreciate it”

The remaining two are grammatically incorrect and don’t make sense.

Hi Emily,

The second one is correct. If you want to appreciate somebody for their help or assistance you can say, I appreciate it.

‘I am appreciated it’ means you are appreciated by somebody for something.

Refer Active voice and passive voice, you will get more idea.

Have a nice day.

“I really appreciated it yesterday”?

I received a help from somebody and want to say thank you to the person thgouh e-mail.
Did I use the word, appreciate, in a right way in above sentence?

Yes, ‘appreciated’ is used correctly, though the sentence could be improved by using something more specific than’ it’.
I really appreciated your help yesterday.

Thanks. I am appreciative-- I appreciate you.

I appreciate the help-- I appreciate the help.

I am appreciated-- you appreciate me.

“Thanks. I am appreciative” and “I appreciate the help” are both similar meaning that you appreciate something and “I am appreciated” means someone appreciates you.

Usually, ‘I appreciate you’ and ‘you appreciate me’ would be followed by something else (I appreciate you coming, I appreciate your kindness).
