Hyper vs Super

Hi,
Both “hyper” and “Super” are prefixes, and they have the same meaning.
Can you help me distinguish between the former and the latter?
Thank you sincerely.
Wish you have a nice day!

hyper- = more than normal/ too much
super- = above/beyond the usual

Thank you. But I’m still confused.
Could you tell me about the usage of them more clearly and give me some examples?
Thanks!
