I’m not an expert, I just look them up in dictionary:
squat= to position yourself close to the ground balancing on the front part of your feet with your legs bent under your body.
nod= to move your head down and then up for greeting or showing agreement.
bend= to curve eg. you bend your knees when you’re picking heavy objects.
wave= to raise your hand and move it from side to side as a way of greeting.
flaunt= to show something you are proud of in order to get-admiration.
sneeze= When you sneeze, air and often small drops of liquid suddenly come out of your noise and mouth in a way you can’t control.
belch= to allow air from the stomach to come out noisily through the mouth.

What do you say someone kneels down on only one kneel to aim a gun, kind of movement/actions. ( No Joke , I don’t know the exact verb for it. )
We call this type of kneeling position- Hunter’s kneeling- in Burmese.
And We Burmese sit all legs under our hips, mostly women, or even men in front of the monks, what verb will you use?
( It is not crossed legs )
