I just know that this verd is used with “to be” when it in the Continuous tense.

And I want to have a negative sentence
As a matter of fact “cold is not beginning from the wind.”
Yeah, I know that but I mean when use begin in the simple tense we must use it with To Do :
Cold doesn’t begin from the wind
