How to send private messages to forum members?

Dear Sir,

I Would like to thank you very much for your letter and good platform for learning english which have provided to the learner of the world.

I am sorry to say that i could not make contact to the member as well as not in position to send any private message to the member. When i try to do that at that time a message received containing to send five message to the forum but i dont know what i will send to the forum.

You are requested to please guide me for that and tell about private message to the member.
