How to name a charity foundation?

hi ELS Forum Moderators and all the English expert out there :),

Could you please please help me out with this. My friends and I are starting up a small charity group, which belongs to a Vietnamese student organisation called MOVSA (Melbourne Overseas Vietnamese Student Association.
Should we call it MOVSA’s Charity Foundation, or MOVSA Charity Foundation???

My English is not too bad, but i can’t quite decide on this. Please help! Million thanks :slight_smile:

I think the later one “MOVSA Charity Foundation” is more suitable.
