Hi! The best way of improving pronunciation is to listen native speakers’ speech, read book in front of a mirror and read with loud voice, listen and repeat what they say etc. There are various ways of improving pronunciation.

(1) I think that one way is to buy a book that shows you where to put your tongue in order to pronounce correctly
the different letters. I know the name of an excellent book written by a wonderful teacher who teaches at the best
adult ESL school in the United States (my opinion, of course). I am a new member here, so I do not know whether members
are allowed to recommend books by title. If a moderator gives me permission, then I will tell you its title. In any case, get
a good book that shows you exactly how to make the different sounds. You will then start to notice an improvement within
a few months.
