How to find my recent posts?

Hi,
I would like to know if the forum has a quick link in which I can easily find out my recent posts.
I am having a hard time with it. I had use Google but it isn’t very convenient.

Hello Torsten,
I knew it but in order to do that at first I need to find a post of mine in which I can click under username. For example, if I haven’t posted for 4 days, then it will be hard to find a post of mine.
