How to count GRE verbal score from no. of correct answers

Hi there,

I was wondering if anyone here knew how to map no. of correct answers in verbal section to its corresponding score? I mean there should be a relation,well, at least roughly. i.e 15-20 -->500-550 something like this.

There is no way to do this. The simple calculation you made is not correct. I know that when you answered the first 5 questions correctly, you get a higher score even if you have answered less questions correctly in overall. So focus on first 5 questions and pray for first 5 questions to be the ones that you are good at. :slight_smile:
