2- How to compress a video with Video Compressor?
A: video
OR
B: a video

Both are correct.
Compress a video is singular - (one video).
Compress videos is plural - more than one video.
Compress video refers to the collective category. This does not refer to individual videos, but the format. It could be two frames of a single video, or hundreds of videos.
I would go with the last option unless you have a reason to use one of the first two options.
