How do I say that my country is an EU member state?

Hi All,
Is that correct,if I say “our country is EU member”, or I have to say “member of EU”?
I think the first is good too, so let’s see what You guys say.

Our country is an EU member.
Our country is an EU member state.
Hungary is an EU country.
Hungary is an EU member state.
