How can I prepare for the TOEFL test?

Dear Mr/Torsten Daerr

  It's my pleasure that you added me to your team. In the beginning I want to tell you that I prepare myself for TOFEL test, I hope to take it at this year (2011). You asked where I come from, I'm from Egypt. I made the first exam and I take 6 sentences right from 10, but I didn't study the lesson yet. I heard the introduction which made by Sue Darville and i understood most of it.

I want to ask you, to prepare myself for TOFEL exam in this short time, Should I study from TOFEL links with the media you sending by email or I begin with the media at first then the TOFEL links?
