As Dimitar and Bill have already said, your spoken English is very good and all I can say at this point is just: Keep on posting voice messages and keep a balance between trying to sound like a native speaker and being yourself.

It would be great if you could tell us a little bit more about yourself and your goals so we can make suggestions as to what you can do.

For example, what is your native language? Is it Arabic?
