What is the difference btw:

a.King Henry the Fifth.
b.The King Henry the Fifth.
c. Henry the Fifth

a. formal, official name
b. incorrect - unless possibly you add a comma and change capitalization this way: “The king, Henry the Fifth, was…” But that still sounds a little weird.
c. official name - it is understood that he was also king.
