I came across these analogy s…

  1. WORSHIP:SACRIFICE ::

The answer is

PREDICTION:AUGURY

Can anyone please tell me the relation between " WORSHIP:SACRIFICE " so that the answer makes sense. As I know augury and prediction are synonyms where as worship and sacrifice are not.

  1. FRUGAL : MISERLY ::

Two of the closest choices were

a) CONFIDENT : ARROGANT
b) RASH : FOOLHARDY

The answer is " a " . But I think “b” is more suitable answer. Can someone clarify…

  2. This question is testing degree of relationship. Rash and foolhardy are the same degree. Miserly is more severe than frugal and Arrogant is more severe than confident. Also, both confident and frugal (to a lesser extent) have positive connotations, where as miserly and arrogant have somewhat negative connotations. Both rash and foolhardy are typically considered negative.

thats little bit complicated, but as we simplify
by making sacrifice we worship, here sacrifice we can say atype of event in rituals.
likewise augury is a event which indicates imp thing to come.
