It’s not quite clear what you want to say. How about these:

I decide to go out on my own.
I decide to go out without my parents.

Please let me know what you think.

In this case I mean that I decide to go out without receiving help from my parents. So please help me to rewrite the sentence to make it clear .

What do mean by ‘go out’? Do mean you go out to meet friends and go to the movies for example? And what kind of help are you talking about? Do you mean financial help?

so in this case may I change it into: I decide to buy a new house without the help from my pareents.

OR

I have decided to buy a new house without the help of my parents.
