Answer: There are two methods that I find best for reducing stress. The first method is doing exercise in the morning. After taking a yoga exercise in the morning, this helps me to refresh my mind before working in a new day. The second reason is drinking a nice hot cup of coffee or tea in a quite place. When I feel stressed out, I find that resting for 20 minutes in a quite place with a warm beverage lower my stress level significantly.
