I have been in the United States for 8 years. I am glad to meet you. I just came back to visit my family in Vietnam last year to see everyone. Yes, The weather in over there is so cool. It is a nice tropical weather. How did you enjoy your trip to Vietnam? Do you have a many friends over there? Do you know learn some Vietnamese language? My mom and my sister and my brothers visited Thailand for two years ago, and they all love it. Go to visit Thailand is in my first list to travel.

Thank you for your feedback. I’m very glad to hear from you. Vietnam is my first traveling abroad. I was really enjoy it. I went there for 4 days. Ho chi minh city was first our city to another city. We had short time there. and then Dalat. We hired a motobike to travel aroud city. and have many food, Pho, many dessert, fresh strawberry with very cheap price and coffee is very tasty for me. And then, we went to Muinae where is desert but sea food is not tasty for me. That is my experienc in Vietnam. How about you? I think in USA has a many place to visit.
Are you studyindg Enlish language? That’s nice. English is necessary language for me and my work.

For here, the weather is so hot, but in the winter it changed a little in some cities of my country. In the North and Northest the weather don’t change or change a little, but in the south people suffer with low temperatures including snow.
I’ve been considering to travel abroad to countries like USA or Australia. I think it will be good experience and it helps to improuve my skill with english!!!

Thank you for your reply. I am glad that having a friend like you. I came back to visit my Vietnam country last year, and we went to many places including Muine. In my personality, I think seafood overthere is so good, and of course it depends on where the best place goes to eat esafood in Muine. I love to eat many kind of snails over there. It is so delicious and cheap. Sometimes, at home I cook Pho, which traditional Vietnam’s dishes is. In USA, there have many beautiful places like Disneyworld, Disneyland in Florida or California. Texas has a beautiful caves or dessert. New Mexico…
Yes, I am studying English language still because it helps me to do many useful things like jobs, communication with friends who speak English such as you and so on… How is your job?

In my Vietnam country, there are four seasons in North Vietnam, and South Vietnam is two seasons, dry season and rainny season. The weather is a tropical weather. Sometimes it is hot in the day and cool at night. Traveling is always good for seeing around the world, learning a lot new things, having a chances to tast many different delicious dishes all around the world, and of course helping improves English too.
Interesting to read different folks’ perceptions of the various languages around the world.
I live in Paris and am bilingual in French. I love the language (and yes the Taxi series is pretty funny). Otherwise I lived in China for 3 years and I can see how some people might find the language very different sounding, and even unpleasing. The tones and the quick ups and downs in speech weren’t necessarily appealing to me at first, but over the years it really has become like singing a song, or following sheet music— it is an amazing language that jumps up and down and takes years to hone. Likewise, speaking Italian has a bit more of this aspect, but it’s more regular than Chinese and follows a more typical and repeated pattern throughout the sentence structure.
I’ve never been especially attracted to German, but ya know, to each his own. For what it’s worth if you gave me the chance, I wouldn’t say “no” to learning any language. I’ll admit it… very hooked! Cheers for the convo all. -Brad
How are you? How long have you been studing English? I have been studing English over years when I was in high school. However, I still try the best I can for improving English skills especial Writing and Speaking. It sometimes kills me. Learning a foreign language is very difficult. I wish I can feel confidently with English.

You has lived in the USA and It’s nice. I would like to know if you usually go the Vietna to see old friends and parents. I believe much things has been changed in tle last years in your home country. Other day, I was reading about the Vietnã and the war. You live now in USA now and I’m not sure if you have the same impresion about american´s people: after over 30 years, they look like don’t forget the war and they are still doing something to tell a drama of war.
In my country, we lived a military dictatorship for 18 years. It´s started in 1964 and finished at begin of 1980.Yeah, it happened here. And it has delayed our democracy in many years. Many things need to changed in Brasil. We are so far from ideal democracy. We need more steps for it.

How about weather each of you country? and sorry for my late is too late. and Nowdays, I try to practice English and nice quation for about my work. I try to explain my job and write in English. Because some vocabulary is too difficult for writing for me. My work is about testing software of the IRD or STB. It's a box or device to use at home to recieve satellite signal. I have to find bug or promblem that happening on the box to make sure it will be work nomally. I love my job. I don't know maybe you don't understand abot my message.
You told me that you just to learning English for a year. I thing you can practice English everyday. Because you live in USA. How about your English?

I usually go back to my country Vietnam every 2 or 3 years. When I was in Vietnam, I visited some of my friends from high school, college, and of course I have seen my Mom, my brothers and sisters, and all my relative in family. You are right, Vietnam is change very much lately. Every times I came back, I can see a large new things coming up and everything is much more different than before such as new roads, new tall buildings, more restaurants and of course more people. It is huge people who come from out of town and another is tourist. I remember when I was a child, Vietnam for me was quiet and very peaceful. It did not have a large people on the street and did not have many tall building. For American people, some of them still think about Vietnam war, so they are a little worry how Vietnames people treat them when they go to visit over there. For Vietnamese people, they always think America is a free country, safety country in the world, so it will welcome to everybody who wants to come and develop this country. Therefore, we feel very comfortable here.
I was known your country is a very beautiful country. The water of beaches are so pretty.

Well, I was born in São Paulo and lived there for a lot of years. It’s a biggest city of Latin American and it’s among of biggest of world. It’s population is about 11 million of people. I would say that SP is a city with a lot of problems and, at same time, a place where you can fun a lot, since you have money to spend. It’s a city with a lot of energy, move, and poesy. I usually to say it’s a city where you need to kill a lion per day to survive because the traffic is so terrible. But SP doesn’t have beaches, but there are ones near there, like Guarujá, Maresias and others, distante from 100 km or over. Beaches for all tastes. But best beaches are in the Northest and South of Brasil. Amazing places.
Now, I’m living in POnta Porã for five years, a little city in the state of Mato Grosso do Sul. And here you dont have beaches, but near places with amazing nature. Bonito, a city with natural beauties with unbelieveable caves and cristal clear waters. It´s a paradise. It’s worth knowing. Near to that city, there a place called Pantanal where the nature is also preserved. There you can see all kind of wild animals, like rare birds, big fishes, monkeys, large snakes, gators, leopards. People are used to liking this place because it’s a wild experience.
There also are others places, with differents landscapes, people, weather… For all tastes.

Your job is cool. It is seem like you are very good on Mathematic. The weather of my Vietnam home town is the similar to your country. It is around 30 C -37 C, but the weather of USA right now is hot in Louisiana, about 70 F to 93 F. Here uses savings time, so we change time due to having a longer daytime. Therefore, the sun is still up at around 8 o'clock in summer. I can understand a little bit about your work. It seems you need take many test for a robot ( software) untill a robot can work usefullly.

My name is Carol. I’m from Spain.
A few years ago, well no so few, I went to Paraná City and this fact helps me to understand what are you telling about the amazing nature.
I was living in Copavi doing a project, and the first days were hard because the wild animals (scorpions, black widows, coral snakes…) but at the end I got used and began to enjoy it. In this ambit you need to trust in the others, this way whilst you are taking care the back of the others they are taking care of yours. That experience taught me a lot of. There was not beach there but the cachoeiras can be an insuperable alternative
I couldn’t almost do tourism but I escaped two days for visiting the Aiguazú Falls and there I felt like the luckiest person in the world.
It was an awesome experience
Congratulations for living in such a wonderful and completed country!
