  1. He mispelt the word. He spelt it with the letter k instead of c.
  2. Im already in the Delaronde housing area already. The sign at the junction/entrance of the street says there is 100-300 stretch/block. Your house number is 403, so I am not sure if there is 400 stretch/block in this housing area.

Are the above sentences correct?

  1. I’m already in the Delaronde housing area already. The sign at the junction of/entrance to the street says it contains house numbers 100-300… Your house number is 403, so I am not sure if I’m in the right area.

We would not use those address terms (stretch, 100-200 block) in the UK, so possibly parts of your original would be acceptable.

Hi thanks for replying.

Can I also phrase it like this?

The sign at the entrance of the street says this area consist of house number 100-300.

That would need to be plural
… consists of house numbers …

It would work but it wouldn’t sound particularly natural.

Your posts indicate that you need to focus on plurals, articles, and verb endings (particularly when they should end in ‘-ed’).
