some sentences start with ‘Having +past participle’ (for eg:having said that). can you please explain such sentences with few examples?

Such sentences describe a past action which you have now finished (or are finishing) and the result of this action on the present/future situation:

Having thought about it, I believe we should do this.
Having said that, I think my meaning is now clear.
Having considered the results carefully, we are now in a position to forecast future growth.
Having eaten all that, I now feel bloated.
Having drunk the contents of the bottle, I am no longer thirsty.
Having walked a great distance, I am now ready to take a rest.
