It is clear that most of people who are not native speaker can face with a lot of difficulties in reading an english book? With many new words and some of phrases are hard to understand in common.
If you have read an English book, could you share your experience ?

Yes, I have read several English books. None recently, though.
It sounds as if you are asking for some advice, so here is mine – I am afraid there is no easy way to go about it – :
For the first book to read, you might want to keep a dictionary handy, at all times. Starting with your second book, I think it is best to alternate: sometimes check with your dictionary the meaning of the words that you do not understand; other times, put your dictionary aside (forget about it) and try figuring out the meanings from the context.
You will soon notice that you’ll need your dictionary less and less often.
I read English books and ı don’t have any problems with understanding it. Ofcourse there’ll be a few words too that ı don’t understand , but that’s something that happens even in my native language. You don’t have to know every words meaning, my opinion.
I read recently the last book of The Night House - Burned. I’m waiting for the last version ’ Awaken’ ( which is not relased yet) to read.
I do agree with you, but you can improve your English at any point.
I would like to recommend some of valuable resources for the same, like english grammar in use, new cutting edge pre-intermediate, it may create several of benefits to you.

Yes …i’ve read more books to improve my reading skills, really it worked.
If you want improve reading skills as wall as vocab,you should read news papers, article and try to write essay.
I read my native language first, then the English, it’s much more easier than reading the English first!
It’s not always possible to read the translation, though, it is Stevenjim?
Of course it’s much easier if you go about it that way, but easier is not necessarily better 
You should start off with books for little kids that are by far the easiest and work your way up to books for adults.
Translations are not always accurate, because they are sometimes accomplished by amateur interpreters, whish spells trouble. To make the matters even worse, translations are more often than not done in haste to start selling copies of the translated book in the shortest time possible.
