- Groups or organizations are an important part of some people`s lives. Why are groups or organizations important to people?
Every creature in the world lives as a member of specific groups no matter what. In a group, they do not want to be kicked out from a group because the organization reaps many benefits. Accordingly, humans, even animals, tend to take part in a group. Of many merits, there are three important reasons.
Each of person recognize as a participant of any union. The title of a member has a lot on people`s attitude. They would be filled with self-confident, and self-esteem. In order to be specially admitted to other colleagues in a group, they have to make an effort to develop a full potential and take a sense of responsibility as a member. These impacts can enable people to become mature.
People learn about infinite and unique ideas created by other members. In contrast, acquiring some knowledge from the text books is somewhat restricted because whatever the books are, people get the same quality as long as they read or study. For example, You might have different and more creative ideas in terms of this topic. I want to emphasize on the key about exchanging different standpoints in a group. We can learn better information from humans, not text books.
In a group, it is a fundamental rule to give and take a help one another. For example, when workers start with the important project in a company, obviously they are initially composed of a group and then divide into several specific tasks. If a worker has things to be unable to solve alone, one would ask for help to colleagues. Hence, the achievement of a group is more successful than that of personal in various aspects.
We cannot deny the fact that frankly we all are members of each community. I am a student in my university, further an inhabitant in my hometown, much further a citizen in my country. No doubt, these all unions have a positive impact on my life. In the same way, becoming a member in groups or organizations is dispensable choice to all humans.
