basically, you just have to go into your paypal account
and go to your transaction
and when you go to your transaction details and check if you are eligible for buyer protection.
Then basically go to resolution center, and file a claim and write the reason why you want a refund and there is a whole claim process and if you win, the money gets reversed back into your paypal account
