According to this article, AI systems like GPT-4 could soon pass the bar exam in the US. What impact do you think this development will have, if any?

- About one in five people fails on the first try. - This is a good result.
- Will it be 100% in the case of the MBE taken by AI?
- But will the AI be able to logically and reasonably answer the questions?
- Will the AI be able to effectively argue on the basis of the contextual developments in a case?
- The impact will be adverse since true justice cannot be administered based on the circumstances of the case (as, perhaps, in the case of disposals by Frank Caprio).

Apparently, according to this study, AI is already better than human lawyers in my areas:

Yes, the level is high; so is the speed (which is enormous)!

The exponential growth of AI computing power (doubling every 3.4 months) now exceeds that of Moore’s Law (doubling every 2 years).
And that’s a fact that most people find it hard to grasp because that’s not how the human brain works. Our learning curve is completely different. We usually make some steady progress once we start, but then very soon we reach a plateau, after which our learning curve drops off and we forget more than we actually learn. AI, on the other hand, never stops learning.
