I’ve come upon a piece of advice: “Give a bit more detail on what you see in the photo”. Is it grammatically correct? Because it seems to me it would be logical to say: “Give a bit more details…”

Hi Irene. I think that “detail” is a countable noun so “more details” is correct. It’s better to wait for a language coach answer.
