gerund or infinitive

Hi!
Can I use “to be made” in this sentence: I don’t enjoy . . . to do the washing up.
Thanks in advance

‘Enjoy’ is one of those verbs always foliowed by the gerund -

I don’t enjoy being made to do the washing up. I don’t enjoy doing the washing up.

Hello. Can I use the sentence " Please try to change dates and location" or it is incorrect and the right one is " Please try changing dates and location".
Thanks

What’s the whole paragraph?

Hello. The sentence is

Please try to change dates and time by using our search form if it is acceptable for you.

Why are you using ‘try to’? What’s the paragraph/context?

In this sentence I mean that the person can change the dates and location to get a car for example. I do not understand why I can not use infinitive …

There is a difference between ‘try to do’ and ‘try doing’ but both forms are fine. I tried to learn Chinese but it was too difficult and I stopped learning it. = I made an effort to learn it. I tried learning Chinese when I was living in China = I decided to learn Chinese as an experiment just in order to see whether it was possible.

So, my sentence is correct, and both varaiants are fine?

I can’t imagine that the sentence would be correct within the given situation.

What is the context? Why do people have to select a date and location to get a car? Is it a car rental company form? If so then I suggest:
To rent a car from us, please indicate the required date(s) and pick-up/return location(s).

It is just a translation. And I am interested in the right using of infinitive or gerund in that sentence. " Please, try to change dates and time by using our search form if it is acceptable for you" or “Please, try changing dates and time by using our search form if it is acceptable for you”

If it is, it’s far from perfect. Do you have the original in Ukrainian/Russian?
