I’d like to know your expert opinion about he following sentence:
"Would you help me clean my room? " or “Would you help me cleaning my room”
Does the second sentence sound good as well?

‘Help’ is a verb usually followed by the infinitive in this form: help + object + infinitive (with or without ‘to’)
Can you help me learn English? or Can you help me to learn English?
