Thanks in advance

IMHO:
(1) George has a beautiful house.
(2) George’s house is beautiful.
Also ‘Georges’ is a French boy’s name.
I turned on the TV this morning and heard the announcer say that a certain politician had eaten lunch at a New York City upscale (expensive) restaurant named Jean-Georges. I then went on the Web and discovered that it is the first name of a famous French chef.
