I don’t know what the underlined part means.
"lexical means’ refers to ‘lexical resources’ (the structures or sentences extracted from the text containing verbs of visual perception)
Seeing verbs (I think this is a mistake; I should have said ‘verbs of seeing’)
I understand the meaning of the individual phrases, Stejar, but it still doesn’t make sense to me. Possibly because I’m not seeing the context.
