Dear to whom may it concern,
In this sentence, you have to set up in the morning early enough for work at the right time. It is a part of article about the time by dear teacher Allen.
‘For working’ is correct or for work???

Mitra
Hello Mitra, I think because ‘work’ can be a noun by itself without adding ‘ing’ so ‘for work’ is correct, although ‘for working’ seems to be correct too. Let’s wait for an answer from our teachers.
Thank you for sharing your questions.
What is the exact full sentence? I’m slightly unsure because in your post you seem to be describing it (“In this sentence…”) rather than actually quoting it. Also, I assume “set up” should either be “get up” or “set out”.
Having said that, “for working” would very likely be wrong.
Dear Dozy,
Thanks a lot. Accept my apology for this mistake. Get up is correct.
Regards
Mitra
