    (A) are (B) aren’t
  3. There are only a few students in the classroom, ____ there?
    (A) are (B) aren’t
  4. There are quite a few students in the classroom, ____ there?
    (A) are (B) aren’t
What are the answers to the above four questions?

In each one, either word can be used.

Why not have a look at this, especially the "Same-way question tags "section?

Do you really think the "Same-way question tags "section is correct?

Same-way question tags
Negative-negative tag questions usually sound rather hostile:
So you don’t like my looks, don’t you?

In AmE, I would suggest the the most typical “aggressive” tag question for this sentence would be “huh” (instead of “don’t you”):

“So, you don’t like my cooking, huh!”
