Feedback on TOEFL listening exercise 1?

Whenever i tried to play the audio i can’t due to the error file not found. please rectify as soon as possible.

Is there a specific audio file which wioll not play. Generally they are all working. If all of them don’t work for you then the problem is with your system.

Dear Torsten,
My name is candy and I am from thailand.I’m glad to see this website and hope that it will help me.Right now i’m 17 years old and will be taking exam after 2 months for my further education in USA.I have problem with my listening and speaking part.I could not write the note well when there is conversation or lecture.I try using short form but some time I could not get all the note and I also dont understand some word.I want to score high in Toefl and my aim was 90 out of 120.I know that It is very difficult to get but i will try by best.Do you have any solution to my problem?.
