Sometimes, I find it is kinda difficult for me to distinguish “feature” and " function". I’d like to know if there’s any difference between “product features” and “product functions”. Anyone care to shed some light on this?
I made up a sentence by using “features” and “functions”. Please also correct my sentence if you find anything wrong in it:
Our product supports all the features/functions that similar products from other vendors support(have?).

Generally, they have different meanings. To my knowledge, feature means physical appearance, function means…something like usage?
I may not be 100% correct, but you can think of it this way:
A feature is what something has, and a function is what something can do.
Example:
A car features a radio. The functionality would be to let drivers and passengers listen to music, news, etc…
or
A software features an user-friendly interface, the function would be to make it easier for the user to use the software.

Here, I think you can use both words you have mentioned as each expresses a different meaning.
