Hi, everyone. What do you make of the expression ‘fallaciously demonstrate’ in the following sentence? I mean, can you really ‘fallaciously demonstrate’ something? Many thanks, Torsten

No it means that when I make a post you fallaciously demonstrate why German humour is no laughing matter.

I could be cynical and say you can find examples of this every time politicians opens their mouths! An an expression it does sound a bit of a mouthful. I would be happier with ‘falsely demonstrate.’
