Airline staff: Our telephone number is on this paper, and our office is open from 6:00 am to 11:00 pm. Please feel free to call us, and refer the PIR number to our clerks. Besides, you can also use our “Baggage Search System” at our company’s website to check the current condition of our customers’ baggage. The URL address is also printed on this paper; so if the Internet service is available in your hotel, then you can access it and get the latest information about your baggage.

Airline staff: You are welcome, Ma’am, and we apologize for the inconveniences.

  1. Is “paper” all right? Or should it be “form”?
  2. Is “then” needed?

  2. No.
  3. ‘Inconvenience’ should be used as an uncountable noun.
