“You are idiot, think small”

Can I say “think small” ? Is there such a phrase?

You can say whatever you want, but your meaning is not clear. What did you mean by this phrase?

I mean they are narrow minded, therefore they can’t think progressive

So I wonder whether “think small” goes well

Otherwise, the expression “think small” can be used as the opposite of “think big”. People who think big tend to set lofty, difficult goals for themselves. Thus, if you say that someone thinks small, that would be interpreted to mean that the person sets goals that are not at all hard to achieve.

I am actually trying to translate a slogan of a party for the election.Its translation, for example: “You are America, think big”

So, I wonder the opposite way of saying this, think small is the opposite?
