Expression "Drive rashly"

I have seen the following line written on cabs here in my country.

“If you think the driver is driving the car rashly, please report to xyz”

Is this sentence ok? Is using ‘driving rashly’ ok or is there any better way of putting it?

here in America, i’ve heard people use “recklessly” and “carelessly”

driving the car rashly sounds fine too. It just means to report to proper authorities if you see someone that drives in a quick and foolish manner.

Hi,

To me ‘rashly’ often suggests without thinking or paying attention to what you are saying in connection with a decision or point of view. I would have thought using this adverb in connection with driving is unusual.

It seems that the expression “drive rashly” is used in India so maybe we can classify it as “Indian English”.[YSaerTTEW443543]
